City Municipal Park

Sturgis City Municipal Park is the heart of Sturgis's park system, a family-friendly green space in the center of town that serves locals year-round and offers a quiet contrast to the city's world-famous rally energy. The park is an inviting, family-friendly space equipped with a playground and anchored by the Stock Shelter — an open shelter with a kitchenette area including a sink, counter, and electricity, with seating for up to 50 people and attached restroom facilities. Project Playground sits within sight of the shelter. A small open picnic shelter with seating for 12, tables, a charcoal grill, and nearby water rounds out the amenities for smaller gatherings. The location couldn't be more convenient. The well-equipped Sturgis Community Center — with its indoor pool, outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, and skate park — is just one block away, making the Municipal Park a natural complement to a full afternoon of activity in town.
