Claim a Listing
Step 1:
Have an Account
Before you can claim your Thing listing, you must have a valid account. You can create one here. Be sure to verify your email after account creation, or you won’t be able to claim a listing.
Step 2:
Submit Your Claim
Search for the listing you want to claim and look for the link “Claim this listing”. When you click the link, you’ll be required to sign in, after which you’ll see the claim form. Fill this form out and submit it.
Step 3:
Watch for Approvals
Your request will be reviewed and verified by a member on our team. You’ll receive an email or call within 5 days with approval, or next steps as necessary.
Step 4:
Make Your Updates
Your free listing will allow limited edits and updates, including title, teaser text, and address. To make additional edits or build out your listing (including photo gallery, full description, amenities, etc..), you can upgrade to a paid plan if you desire.
Once you have a paid plan, you’ll be able to create additional ads for your listing.
